Part of what makes Junior’s so special is our family environment and our rich history. Junior’s was started by the Saul family in 1959 and it is still owned and operated by the Saul family. Many of Junior's 150 employees have been with us for over 20 years.  They are truly a part of our family, along with our many valued and loyal customers. One promise you can always count on from Junior's is that as the times change and technology influences our lives in many ways something that will always be omniscient will be the family environment and ties to our rich history.
